Shipping and Return Policy

Return Policy:

We hope you love your new purchase, but sometimes things just don’t work out.

We offer a 7-day return policy for full price apparel, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

*All accessories (including handbags and jewelry), gift cards, & sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

To start a return, you can contact us at shopgeorgiek@gmail.com. Please reference your order number in the email.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with further instructions.  Shipping charges on orders are non-refundable. You can send your package back to us using a trackable shipping method of your choice. *We are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in the mail and we cannot issue any refunds for them.

If for any reason the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements, we have the right to deny the return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

**Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility and nonrefundable**

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take 7 - 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges 

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.

Because merchandise is available in limited quantities, we are unable to offer exchanges. We suggest placing a new order for any items you want and following our return policy as outlined above.

Damages or Incorrect Shipment:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, it must be reported to us (with photos of damage) within 7 business days, or it is considered wear and tear and not eligible for return. Prior to shipping, all items shipped from georgie k. are examined and photographed for quality control. If your claim falls within the warranty period, please send an email to shopgeorgiek@gmail.com. Accepted warranty claims are eligible for a store credit of equal value to the original product.

Shipping

All items will be shipped within 3 days of purchase, unless otherwise stated. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, which will be calculated upon checkout. Expedited shipping is available upon request.
